Framing is complete on the main house and now they have begun framing the guest suite in the carriage house. Things are happening quickly now....I picked out all of the bathroom fixtures this week and met with the "Smart House" man today. I'll explain later what a "smart house" is, but it looks like we are going to have one!

So Mom, What is a smart house? I'm guessing it is probably some computery high tech gadgety thing that controls stuff in your house. How close am I? Shoot me an email and let me know the final decisions for the bathroom fixtures so I can start looking at paint chip ideas to "go" with the rooms. I am so excited to decorate.
